On December 7, 2019 at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the City of Groton Municipal Building located at 295 Meridian Street in the City of Groton, the City of Groton Police Department will be holding its third annual “Stuff a Cruiser, Food and Coat Drive” family-friendly event.
We are happy to announce that we will again stuff a City of Groton Police cruiser with toys to distribute to local children to ensure all have a joyous holiday season. We will collect items for the food drive for our local food pantries.
We will be collaborating with St. John’s Christian Church of Groton to collect new and/or gently used coats that will be made available later for all.
Check back on this webpage for updates and announcements on the other stakeholders who will be assisting with this event. For the past two years, this event keeps getting bigger and better and we want to have an even larger positive impact this year!! We look forward to seeing you and working together with all to meet the needs of all in our community. Please share in the Holiday spirit!! If you have any questions, call 860-445-2451 to the City of Groton Police Dispatch.
Happy Holidays to all from your City of Groton Police Department
