Request for Bid – Lawn and Grounds Maintenance

The City of Groton, Department of Utilities, is requesting formal bids for Lawn and Grounds Maintenance.  This work involves maintaining grounds for Water and Electric operations, dams, pump stations, tanks, watershed areas, and fence lines.

Sealed bids for the above work will be received at the Project Management Office of the Department of Utilities, 1240 Poquonnock Road, Groton, Connecticut 06340 until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at which place and time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Water Treatment Plant of the Department of Utilities, 1268 Poquonnock Road, Groton, Connecticut at 9:00am on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.

Required bid form and bid specifications are available at the Project Management office of the Department of Utilities, at the above address, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
